Nora has also won the 2005 BAE Systems Award for the best student paper - "Improvement of LiDAR Data Accuracy Using LiDAR Specific Ground Targets" - co-authored with Dr. Charles Toth, Dr. Dorota Brzezinska and John Ray (ODOT). The award consists of a certificate and a grant of $2000. Her paper will be published in a future issue of Photogrammetric Engineering and Remote Sensing.
